The story of Candy Kittens

Jamie Laing wanted to open a cool, fashion-forward sweet shop. But what sweets would be good enough to go in such a shop?

Ed had another idea...

Why not create a sweet especially for adults that looked as great as it tasted?

There were sweets made for kids and sweets for your granny but nothing for big kids who still had a sweet tooth.

Jamie and Ed set about to create a sweet with big flavour, honest ingredients and beautiful packaging... and Candy Kittens was born.

Since the start in 2012, Candy Kittens has been on a journey and has evolved into a vegan & vegetarian brand that can be now be found across UK & the world.

Our sweets

Hey there friend, we’re Candy Kittens. Born in London, we make damn irresistible gourmet sweets. 

Gourmet, you say? Why, yes! We were fed up with seeing the same old sweets out there; indecipherable flavours and unrecognisable ingredients that harm the planet with every bag. So, we decided to tear up the rulebook and create our own, free from rules and free from compromise. 

The result? Damn irresistible sweets that blend big flavours with honest ingredients. And yes, they taste as great as they look.

Our impact

There's only one planet and we're doing our bit to leave it in a better place than we found it.

That's why we removed all animal gelatine from our sweets in 2014. And why we'd never use palm oil in our sweets. And why our sweet production is carbon neutral with the ambition to offset the rest of our business & supply chain.

We know that when it comes to our relationship with planet, better is always possible.
